Healthcare Season is that wonderful time of the year when our workload multiplies by ten, and our deadlines can be described by a single word: yesterday. But if there’s something we do appreciate here at IGS is a good challenge!
It runs from August till November each year. However, we work for this season all year round. At the beginning of the year, it’s research time. We communicate with our clients in order to find out what they need and what we can expect for the second half of the year. During the months prior to healthcare season, we train new linguists, prepare specilized teams and streamline our processes. In December, as we slowly go back to our regular rhythm, we take the time to analyze our performance in order to learn from the experience, to tackle the following year even better prepared. We keep growing our capacity, processing more and more documents each year with excellent results.
We are proud of what we have accomplished in this field, and we’ll keep working to offer the THE BEST OF IGS FOR HEALTHCARE SEASON!
This is what we focus on, and we are very good at it.
As the official language of 21 countries, Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world, after Chinese. As of 2018, more than 41 million people in the United States speak Spanish as a first language and 12 million others are bilingual Spanish speakers in the country. The language is spoken by a total of 600 million people worldwide.
IGS is aware of the increasing need for English-Spanish translation in the North-American market. The Hispanic community is getting larger and larger, and businesses need to move fast in order to make the most out of the opportunities this growth entails.
Our goal, here at IGS, is to provide the services that will enable you to communicate and create effective relationships with the Spanish speaking communities. We work with over 150 professional translators who are native Spanish speakers and have the education and experience required by our high quality standards.
Here’s an interesting prediction: By 2050, the United States is expected to have the largest Spanish speaking population in the world.
